Where do you source your dry fruits from? Our Kashmiri dry fruits like walnuts, almonds, and saffron are sourced directly from farmers in the Kashmir valley. Imported dried fruits are sourced from trusted suppliers in Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey, and other countries known for premium quality produce.
How do I know the products are fresh? We work on a fresh stock rotation model. Products are packed close to the dispatch date to ensure maximum freshness. Each package mentions the packing date and best before date.
What variants and sizes are available? Most products are available in multiple size options including 250g, 500g, and 1kg packs. Some premium items like saffron are available in smaller quantities like 1g, 2g, and 5g.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply.
How long does delivery take? Metro cities receive orders within 3-5 business days. Rest of India takes 5-7 business days. Jammu & Kashmir and North East may take 7-10 business days.
Is shipping free? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies.
